Nice!
Would be nice!
meh, Iphone isn't as cool as it was when it first came out. Most of the Blackberry devices that you can get from Verizon do as good if not a better job then the Iphone at this point. Apple sort of blew it in my book by staying with AT&T for a carrier up to this point.
Look closer at those blackberry contracts and apps. Not impressed.
If you really like the iPhone but hate AT&T, just get a T-Mobile G1. Seriously. It's wicked cool, it's got all the apps that an iPhone has, and it comes with much better and affordable service. I have absolutely no complaints about my G1, other than maybe the lack of on-screen keyboard - but that's coming in the next major software update sometime in May.
I have AT&T and I'm using a new Blackberry Bold. It has the major features of the Iphone like 3G and wireless just none of the cute little apps that I find annoying to begin with. All I use my phone for is email/internet/calandar so it does me just fine.
The way I think of the iPhone is that it's portable computer that just happens to also be a phone.
For me, there's so many apps, movies and so much music available it's a new toy every day.
I hope it goes on Verizon too, if that opens up the experience to more of you.
I'm anxiously waiting for more android phones to hit the market and hopefully on the Verizon network. I think they are very cool phones.
That being said, when the iPhone hits Verizon - I'm there.
I have a Ford and I'm using a new Model-T. It has the major features of the 2009 Mustang GT like wheels and doors, just none of the cute features like
air conditioning, 300hp 8 cyl engine, 6 speaker stereo system, or GPS that I find annoying to begin with.
All I use my car for is driving across the street, so provided it starts, it does me just fine.
