I filled it out last night--I gave it positive reviews, my main request for the short-term being the addition of some variety in the appearances of equipment. Most classes of equipment look pretty darned similar, at least at the lower levels. Did anyone else get this over the weekend?

I can't say I gave the game positive reviews due to the whole customer service is miserable thing.
I did fill it out and if they fix their customer service I might consider trying the game again. But if I am going to pay $15 dollars a month having my character stuck in one place for over 2 weeks and making repeated attempts to contact someone "live" with no success was too frustrating for me to endure.
I received one as well after i canceled my account.

Yes, I got one and blasted customer service and higher level content. Beaker how can u be stuck. Use your hearthstone.. Your are u bugged in a quest?
Here's how I am stuck.
I can't get off baby island. I tried it too early and had to ask them to get me back to multiplay (that took 3 days btw!) Now I can't resume the quest nor can I drop it from my quest log to restart it. I have tried contacting customer service and did so for like 3 days straight without reslove I finally just gave up. Oh, I also tried going to the smuggler he just says he has nothing to say to me.
Hence stuck on baby island. If Clay were gung-ho about the game I would just re-roll a toon and start again but at the same time customer service is so bad.... isn't that why I pay a maintenance fee?
Compared to the customer service I recieved from WoW at the same level (oh and since I am paying the same price I feel it is an equivalent comparison) it is horrible!!!! I fell off baby island in WoW on my druid and within hours a GM had talked to me and restored me to a playable area even inquiring which town I would like to be restored to.
