Labor started last night some time, so I'll have a son before the weekend is out. I'll definitely miss practice next Sunday, and probably the Wednesday after that. From there I'm not sure.

Ahh, the rollercoaster ride begins. Best of luck to your wife and yourself. May the labor go smoothly and quickly.

At work this week I filled in on the OB unit and got to see some deliverys.....what an amazing thing. It is wonderful, miraculous, and incredibly messy all at the same time.

Best of luck, Leo.
Best of luck to you!
Baby David joined us Sunday morning at 11:24 CST. He's 7lbs 10oz and in perfect health. Getting him here was quite an ordeal involving extended labor followed by the caesarian section. By the time I got to bed on Sunday I had been up for 30 hours.
Mom is recovering for the surgery right now. I'm keeping an eye on her and holding the baby. Today was the first dirty diaper - yummy! Mom and baby come home Wednesday or Thursday. After that things should settle down a bit. The baby is a good-natured little guy that only seems to cry when he's got a good reason. You guys may see me on the servers a little later in the week, and practice Sunday is a definite maybe.
Congrats Leo!!!!!! Glad to hear all is well! :D
Congrads...Welcome David!
We'll keep you guys in our prayers...speedy recovery to your wife!
Congrats Leo! Before long you'll have David on your lap for some early AK Tribes2 training sessions ;)
Give your wife a high five from the AK guys too... Lest we forget that she had the hard part... :)
