In Battlefield 2 vanilla version, I have two weapons unlocked for the sniper, anti-tank and assault. Why do I only have one unlock for each of these in Special Forces? It's annoying having to go back to old weapons in SF.

Ya, I noticed that not all vanilla unlocks are available in SF... go figure.
But you've go to admit, the addition of the zip and hook are great.
That's odd--the first time I went to the BFHQ section in SF, I was greeted with a screen informing me that I had 3 unlocks available to me, and the weapons I'd unlocked in vanilla weren't there. Prior to that time, I was able to use my vanilla unlocks in SF rounds....strange.
And as far as the hook and zip go--I've found the hook VERY useful, but haven't run into a situation that called for the zipline yet. I'll be on a couple of nights this week for more SF fun. :)
Played SF for the first time last night. Had a great time. I love the feel of the maps and gameplay.
I played several times over the weekend. It's been alot of fun playing SF.
Beast - I find the zip line is extremely helpful on Ghost Town. Moving around the map on building tops definitely has its use when needed.
Apparently the SF unlocks are available in the vanilla version, but the unlocks from regular BF2 are not available in SF.
However, I have found different unlocks available by faction in SF. I get my F2000 assault rifle playing as Brits in SF, but only get the other unlock, the G3, playing as Russians or Rebels.
I suck!!!
but once i get the game to stop locking up my computer, i think i'll get a little better.:liplick:
Its so awesome to see everyone playing again.. SF is by far in my opinion allot more injoyable...
ps.. kidd always sucked :bye:
