First thing you'll need is a graphics card. Depending how you go, that can run you $200-$700.
For WoW, you probably can settle in at the lower end of the spectrum pretty comfortably.
so the "integrated video" is the "catch" on systems like this?
Yes integrated typically share system memory and are fairly limited as to performance. Since it has the PCI-x slots I would look into a pci-x video card in the 512mb 256bit or better so that your good to go for a while. Are you going to run vista or xp? if vista then get a directx10 compatible card.
Also be wary of the 64 bit version of Vista as there is not that much software available, and even less old software that will function with it.
I have no problems with the 64 bit version of vista....
There are 2 "Program Files" folders on c:, one for 64, one for 32. I don't have an app that won't run on vista...
Well.....i would trust your actual experience with it rather than my reading on it. :P
