I heard about that, sounds interesting, but I no longer have cable. Someone is going to have to report back after watching some, let me know what it's like. Especially that show Arena, going to have local gameing teams come on and go head to head in a game they don't introduce until they get there. Personally, it sounds alot like that film with Fred Savage, where his kid brother is some gaming weirdo that never talks.

Fred Savage is pretty weird in his own right...
G4!! Woot.. that reminds me, I need to call my cable provider.. and get that and cable.. actually I don't know if the cable access with fly with the parents.. they're still not big on it... :(
Game Whiz, or Wiz Kid or something like that?... the one with the Kid who never talks and goes to a Nintendo tournament? if so I've seen taht like 500 times... used to be one of my favorite movies.. but then I got older...Quote:

Convince them you need it for educational reasons. Yeah, that's the ticket.Quote:

And they are starting their broadcast with....
a full week of Pong - 24x7.

Talk about compelling TV.
What the reporter in this story forgot to include is the fact that the Pong contestants will be former Playmates.
