Shoots like a dream.
(drool) wow.......uhmm........ I need a minute alone, I'll be right back.....
(distant zipper sound)
What was that zipper? Your wallet? ;)
Nice gun! Looks like we all got armaments just in time. What mask did you get?
I believe he got the V-Force Morph. It's basically the same one Bribo got, just branded V-Force instead of 32 Degrees.
ooooo V-force...... that just sounds cool!

It's actually an "V-Force Armor".
Not sure why yours came with the visor whereas Bribo's didn't. It's a bitch to install so if you want the visor you're going to have to spend Saturday night doing that yourself.
Sure you just want to sit back and watch me suffer so you can get a cheap laugh..... I see how it is.Quote:

Hey, it's your mask, brother. You paid for material, not labor. ;)
I picked up my gun from the UPS depot this morning. It's in the trunk of my car; hopefully I'll post some pics tonight. Squidly, did your mask (and hence my mask) come with a visor?
I feel cheated. Can you swing by that store or call them and ask why mine doesn't have the visor?Quote:

Bribo - it doesn't.
The 32 class just didn't come with them..dunno why. The store sold out of those and these came in instead of the 32 class.
If it makes you feel better, you're really not missing anything with the visor. They're short so it's not like sun will be blocked by it. Many people don't wear them for the weight savings.
Beast - you have the Shield, not the Armor, so yes, you'll have the visor and the neck guard thing. The Shield's are a bit easier to assemble. The neck part at least is a complete breeze if you have a pair of needlenose pliers.
Weight??? how heavy is the freakin thing?Quote:

What marker did you get Beast?
Not very, but keep in mind that paintballers are very bit as psycho as pc modders. You may never notice a 3% performance gain, but there are overclockers and tweakers who'd sell their souls for it.
right..... the Cruiser factor.... Gotcha, it's as clear as day now. Thank's for the info! :)Quote:

All this protective gear and no mention of athletic supporters or "cups". Personally I would rather have a welt on my face then my.....well you know.
Sorry, but a day of running around with a cup on is almost as bad as getting shot in the nuts. I played football and baseball in highschool. It's no picnic.
Of course maybe it's just me, being "magnum sized" and all.
In yoga you are trained to center. So in short you can control your lower movements. NO cup needed, as long as nothing go flying towards it. It also drives chic's wild Magnum Sized or not ;)
My gun is a green Kingman Spyder Victor. I picked it up this morning and brought a craptastic digital camera home from work to take a picture for posting.

Shweet! Did you get a hopper with that or are you going to go pick one up?
LOL, no soul selling here but more power for free? OF course! :D
BADboy paintball gun $500
awesome face shield $120
high capacity magazine $50
giving Beast big ol welts even tho he spent much more than u, Priceless.
Lol
sounds like fun guys
Whats the story for the next story hour, those who feel the need to even say something like that are usually trying to cover their "short" comings. I played Baseball for 6 years in the senior minor leagues so not sure what your point is that you played 20+ years ago. I was just mentioning it, as a friend of mine got shot with a paintball there and long story short a ruptured testicle is not my idea of fun but god forbid anyone suggest something that you disagree with.Quote:

I'm going to pick up a hopper at the local Dick's or K-mart--Fax has done a great job checking facts (pun intended) and the stores are selling them for about half of what Action Village had them for. Actually, everything I bought was under $200, including $45 for faster shipping. I just wish I'd made up my mind a week earlier; they would have shipped it for free.
Pot kettle black, Gunster. :)Quote:

The injury you describe is highly unusual. The discomfort of running around and diving with the cup is not.
But bottom line - It's an individual choice. If you feel the need, go for it. I'll respect your decision either way.
Edit: By way of research you might be interested in this thread on the topic.
Edit 2: I'm now certain that my posts on this topic have virtually GUARANTEED I'll take one squarely in the boys. Thx j00.
Here's a pic of Fax's gun. We just finished a day of buying other "essentials" and spending God-only-knows-how-much money. Then back to my house to break down and oil the guns. Can't wait for tomorrow.
